Distance Contract and General Terms

These distance contract terms (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) regulate the purchase relationship between SIA "Augustiņa istaba" and the client (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) for the purchase of gift cards and tickets for in-person activities on the website www.augustins.lv.

Gift cards, tickets, and reservations for in-person activities and events are sold on the website. Ticket prices are indicated in the description of each specific service and are listed in EUR with VAT.


2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made online, using available payment methods – payment cards and internet banking payments. The transaction is considered complete once the payment is confirmed.

The Buyer is automatically informed about the completed transaction by sending a confirmation to their email address.


3. Service Delivery / Ticket Receipt

After successful payment, the ticket, gift card, or reservation confirmation is sent to the Buyer's specified email address immediately. If a ticket for an event is purchased, the service is provided on the specified event date and location.


4. Right to Cancel and Reservation Cancellation

The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchased gift card within 14 days of purchase, provided the gift card has not been used.

The Buyer has the right to cancel a ticket or reservation for an event up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.

To cancel, the Buyer must contact the Seller by writing to the email address: info@augustins.lv.


5. Refund Terms

Refunds are made using the same payment method that the client used for the transaction. The refund is processed within 3 days of receiving and confirming the cancellation.


6. Order Cancellation or Changes by the Seller

The Seller reserves the right to change the time, location, or cancel an event or gift card. In such a case, the Buyer is informed via email, and a refund is offered in accordance with Section 5. Refund Terms, or the ticket is transferred to another date, if possible.


7. Buyer's Responsibility

The Buyer is responsible for providing correct contact information. If a ticket is not received due to an incorrectly provided email address, this is not considered a failure to deliver the service. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us immediately by writing to the email address: info@augustins.lv


8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable regulatory acts.


9. Privacy Policy and Data Processing

Personal data processing takes place in accordance with the separately published Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.


10. House Rules

The Seller reserves the right to deny entry to persons who violate the House Rules, disrupt the event, or endanger other visitors.
In such a case, the paid fee is not refunded.


 11. Entry into Force

These Terms come into effect when the Buyer makes a purchase on the website www.augustins.lv and remain in effect until the full fulfillment of obligations by both parties.
