Internal Rules of Conduct
- Visitors to Augustiņa istaba must read these rules before visiting, attending classes, or events.
- Not knowing the rules does not exempt visitors from responsibility.
- These rules are binding for all visitors to Augustiņa istaba.
- Visitors can access the playground area by purchasing a ticket.
- Augustiņa istaba does not provide childcare services. Parents or accompanying adults bear full responsibility for the child's safety, behavior, and well-being throughout the entire visit.
- Children must be under direct adult supervision at all times during the visit.
- Inside the premises, only socks are allowed – for both children and adults.
- Play equipment should be used according to the child's age and physical abilities.
- We ask that sick children do not visit the playground. We also encourage hand hygiene before and after play.
- Eating and drinking are only allowed in the café area. Bringing food or drinks into the play area is not permitted.
- Toys and equipment should be used with care. They are shared by all children. It is forbidden to break, tear, or use them inappropriately.
- Toys must not be taken outside the playground.
- Visitors are allowed to take photos and videos only with the consent of other visitors and only for non-commercial purposes.
- Filming or photography may take place during public events. If you do not agree to this, you have the right to request that such material not be published.
- Both children and adults should treat each other with respect.
- Staff instructions must be followed.
- For rule violations, damaged equipment, injuries, accidents, and other important situations, please inform the staff immediately .
- It is strictly forbidden to enter the premises under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other substances, or to use these or tobacco products.
- Any sharp or breakable objects are prohibited.
- Third parties may provide their services only with written consent from Augustiņa istaba.
- Visitors to Augustiņa istaba are personally responsible for their belongings.
- If these rules are violated or staff instructions are not followed, the staff has the right to deny access or ask to leave the playground without the right to return. In such cases, money will not be refunded and unused time will not be compensated.
