Baby School – 3-6 months

Please note!

Events that include a teacher or instructor will be held in Latvian.

We are forming a group for babies aged 3 to 6 months for our baby school—classes for the little one together with mom, dad, or another close adult.

Every Thursday at 11:30 AM at Ulbrokas iela 34a

The baby school is led by Anna Putene – an early development specialist, mother of two, and a certified educator with over ten years of experience working with young children.

In the classes, we will work on:

  • strengthening neck and body muscles;
  • promoting movement and communication with the parent;
  • learning to roll over on both sides;
  • rotating on the tummy and preparing for crawling;
  • sensory development and body awareness;
  • self-regulation and a sense of body boundaries.

You can attend either a single session or a full cycle (8 sessions) to gain a structured and comprehensive understanding.

Session duration ~1.5h
Space is limited

Participation fee for one session – €25

About Anna

My name is Anna Putene. I am an early development specialist, a mother of two, and a certified educator with over ten years of experience working with young children.

In my work, I use the First Step method, which is based on the Feldenkrais approach and holistic principles, emphasizing child development as a unified process influenced by movement, psycho-emotional state, sensory needs, and relationships with parents.

I lead individual consultations and group sessions for parents, with the main goal of explaining child development and providing practical, everyday tools – games, play, and techniques that help make daily life easier, naturally develop the child’s skills, and unlock their full potential.
