About Anna
My name is Anna Putene. I am an early development specialist, a mother of two, and a certified educator with over ten years of experience working with young children.
In my work, I use the First Step method, which is based on the Feldenkrais approach and holistic principles, emphasizing child development as a unified process influenced by movement, psycho-emotional state, sensory needs, and relationships with parents.
I lead individual consultations and group sessions for parents, with the main goal of explaining child development and providing practical, everyday tools – games, play, and techniques that help make daily life easier, naturally develop the child’s skills, and unlock their full potential.
